Over the festive period, Dundee West once again come together as one with the support of every member within the club to donate 1 item of food to support the club provide hampers for groups all across the North West area of Dundee. Over 25+ hampers were made up and handed out to each of our 8 local schools in the area along with both local care homes in aid of local families that would benefit from the support!!
Pictured below, is Tam McCabe - Club Development Officer and some of the local Dundee West players taken time out to meet some of the local residents and hand over some of the hampers recently donated.
Football can play such a bigger role within its own community and essentially act as a vehicle to change the lives of people! This Christmas, Dundee West have done this and pulled together as one with over 600 families to support others in need!! On behalf of the Dundee West Exec committee can we take the opportunity to thank all parents and volunteers for their help.
We hope all our members and local residents within our community have a great Christmas and a happy new year!!
