RETURN TO FOOTBALL - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Dear parent/carer,
We hope you and your family are all well.
You will have received a notification from My Club Hub for a Return To Football policy on Saturday evening. As yet only 40% of the club members have agreed to the permissions.
In order for your child to return to training this policy must be viewed and agreed to.
You should have receieved the notification through MCH App and by Email.
If you havent installed the MCH App yet, you should click the link in the Email from MCH, log in to your MCH account (which would have been set up when registering your child with the Club).
The link should take you straight to a pop up to 'view the policy' and 'grant permission'.
Another way to do this, is you can log in to MCH using your login details (previously set up when registering with Dundee West), go to the memberships section in your own profile, click consents for your childs name, view the policy and grant permission from there.
We would appreciate your prompt return of agreeing to this to allow all kids to return to training ASAP.
